My name is Erika, and I’ve been on my fitness journey for over 13 years. Becoming a mom changed my body, and
one day I realized I needed to put in the work to feel healthy again—to feel
like me again. Motherhood is incredible, but pushing myself, setting goals, and actually achieving them has been just as rewarding.

 I’m also lucky to have an athletic young man who inspires me daily to show up as my best self. As a busy working mom, I’ve learned that having structure in my workouts makes everything easier. In the beginning, I didn’t have anyone to ask questions or guide me, and that’s exactly why I created my Wellness Programs.
